The Board of Directors called a Special Members Meeting on November 5, 2012 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. The purpose of that meeting was to vote on proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Corporation. The Texas legislature enacted many new laws affecting HOAs during the 82nd Legislative Session. The purposed Bylaws were drafted by a local Midland Attorney to bring our current Bylaws into compliance with state laws. Each residence within Grassland Estates received by mail the purposed Bylaws in "Legal Backline" and "Redline" format, an Absentee Ballot for the vote that was held during the Special Meeting and Notice of Meeting/Agenda. Please note that to save costs, the Board chose to print the purposed Bylaws in Black & White and size the document for immediate use in the Grassland Directory.
