Pool Party Reservations
- Each party is limited to a group of 30 residents and/or outside guests (swimmers and non-swimmers) There will be a $5 per person charge for each person attending the party over the 30 person limit.
- A $55 NON-REFUNDABLE fee for parties of up to 30 guests.
- Personal BBQ grills are prohibited in the pool area. Barbeque Grills are provided in the pool area for our guests.
- Each party is limited to 3 hours. (1/2 to set up, 2 hours for party, 1/2 for clean-up)
- Only (1) party will be booked per day, per family.
- During a reserved pool party, the pool will remain open and available to all Grassland residents.
- A sign will be posted in the pool area approximately 1 – 2 days prior to a party to give notice to other members.
